Stress Free Plants

Traditionally, Garden Centers have been watered from overhead or even by hand. Although we haven’t completely eliminated this type of watering, we have broken new ground with our Ebb & Flow System. - Plants watered by our Ebb & Flow System suffer less water stress and when planted out survive and perform better.

Environmentally Friendly and Water Wise

Overhead watering wastes up to 9O% of the water used, most of it watering the plant beds and the paths between. With our Ebb & Flow Water Recovery System up to 80% rainwater that falls on the site as well as the water not used by the plants is directed to holding tanks, UV treated and recycled back into the watering system to be used again

It is one thing to trade in a community but another thing altogether to be part of it, that’s why we are proud to be the major sponsor of the Canterbury City Council annual Spring Garden Competition. Each year this competition encourages residents to improve the quality of their gardens, maintain their nature strips, use water saving techniques and take an active interest in our environment and the beautification of our city.
